पहली बार निजी स्कूलों में प्री प्राइमरी 3 प्लस से पहली कक्षा में एक साथ प्रवेश संभव होगा। अभिभावकों को 5 निजी स्कूलों में दाखिले की वरीयता भी बतानी होगी। इसके अलावा और भी कई बड़े बदलाव किए गए हैं।

शिक्षा विभाग की प्रस्तावित गाइडलाइन के अनुसार इस बार एक साथ चार कक्षाओं में प्रवेश होगा। इनमें पीपी3 प्लस, पीपी4 प्लस, पीपी5 प्लस और कक्षा एक में प्रवेश होगा। पहले केवल प्रवेश स्तर की कक्षाओं में प्रवेश मिलता था। पिछले दो साल से स्कूल की पहली कक्षा में ही दाखिले हो रहे थे।

मामला कोर्ट में जाने के बाद विभाग ने हाल ही में सत्र 2022-23 के लिए प्री-प्राइमरी कक्षाओं में प्रवेश प्रक्रिया शुरू की थी, लेकिन अब नए सत्र में प्री-प्राइमरी कक्षाओं के साथ-साथ प्रथम श्रेणी में भी प्रवेश होगा. संभव।

आवेदन के समय अभिभावक 5 निजी विद्यालयों में प्रवेश के लिए आवेदन कर सकते हैं। इस बार सभी पांचों विद्यालयों में प्रवेश की वरीयता यह भी देनी होगी कि वह प्रवेश के लिए किस विद्यालय को प्रथम वरीयता पर रखता है और किस विद्यालय को द्वितीय, तृतीय, चतुर्थ एवं पंचम वरीयता पर रखता है। पहले विभाग वरीयता नहीं मांगता था।

लॉटरी में दिव्यांग व अनाथ को मिलेगी प्राथमिकता

प्रवेश के लिए निकाली जाने वाली लॉटरी में दिव्यांग एवं अनाथ बच्चों को प्राथमिकता मिलेगी। यानी पहले इन बच्चों का दाखिला कराया जाएगा। इसके बाद अन्य छात्रों को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी। पहले उन्हें प्राथमिकता नहीं दी जाती थी।

ऑटो रिपोर्टिंग सिस्टम लागू किया गया

लॉटरी के बाद अभिभावकों को 5 निजी स्कूलों में से किसी एक को ऑनलाइन रिपोर्ट करना होता है, लेकिन अभिभावक ऐसा करना भूल जाते हैं. इससे बचने के लिए विभाग ने इस बार ऑटो रिपोर्टिंग की व्यवस्था लागू की है।

स्कूल विरोध करने में सक्षम होंगे, नकारने में नहीं

निजी स्कूल दस्तावेज सत्यापन में केवल दस्तावेजों पर ही आपत्ति जता सकेंगे, दस्तावेज को रिजेक्ट नहीं कर सकेंगे। स्कूल की आपत्ति के बाद सीबीईओ देखेंगे कि स्कूल की ओर से की गई आपत्ति सही है या गलत।

प्री प्राइमरी में दाखिले को लेकर विवाद खड़ा होना तय है

प्रस्तावित गाइडलाइन के मुताबिक प्री प्राइमरी में रिचार्ज की राशि नहीं मिलेगी। रिचार्ज की राशि फर्स्ट क्लास में जाने के बाद ही दी जाएगी। इस नियम पर विवाद है। फिलहाल मामला कोर्ट में भी है।

Schools will be able to object, not rejection

Private schools will only be able to object to the documents in the document verification, will not be able to reject the document. After the objection from the school, the CBEO will see whether the objection raised by the school is correct or incorrect.

Controversy is sure to arise regarding admission in pre primary
