1. उपर्युक्त दोनों परीक्षाओं के ऑनलाइन आवेदन दिनांक 05.01.2023 से प्रारंभ किए जा रहे हैं।
2. राजकीय विद्यालय / राजकीय संस्कृत विद्यालय / मूक बधिर विद्यालय / अंध विद्यालय / निजी विद्यालय / मदरसों के संस्था प्रधान शाला दर्पण पोर्टल के माध्यम से अपने विद्यालय के कक्षा 5 एवं 8 के नियमित विद्यार्थियों के ऑनलाइन परीक्षा आवेदन भरवायेंगे।
3. ऑनलाइन आवेदन की अंतिम तिथि दिनांक 16.01.2023 है। इस समय सीमा के पश्चात आवेदन पत्र स्वीकार नहीं किए जाएंगे।
4. ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्रक्रिया में संस्था प्रधान यह सुनिश्चित करेंगे कि कक्षा 5 एवं 8 में अध्ययनरत समस्त विद्यार्थियों की वांछित सूचनाएं सम्बन्धित पोर्टल पर विद्यालय अभिलेख के अनुसार शत प्रतिशत सही हों। वे उक्त सूचनाओं की विशुद्धता सुनिश्चित करेंगे।
5. सम्बन्धित पार्टल पर ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र मॉड्यूल' में प्रत्येक परीक्षार्थी की समस्त सूचनाएं प्रदर्शित होंगी। विद्यार्थी का विवरण विद्यालय अभिलेख के अनुसार मिलान होने पर ही आवेदन को सबमिट / लॉक किया जाना है। किसी भी प्रकार के संशोधन की आवश्यकता होने पर सर्वप्रथम संस्था प्रधान शाला दर्पण / पीएसपी पोर्टल पर सम्बन्धित मॉड्यूल में वांछित संशोधन करेंगें तत्पश्चात पुनः आवेदन की ऑनलाइन प्रक्रिया संपादित करेंगे।
6. परीक्षार्थी का फोटो एवं हस्ताक्षर अपलोड करने से पूर्व सुनिश्चित कर लें कि दोनों का साइज 5 से 50KB. के मध्य हो तथा वे JPG/JPEG फॉर्मेट में ही हो । 7. परीक्षार्थी के फोटो एवं हस्ताक्षर अपलोड होने के बाद आवेदन को व्यू टैब के माध्यम से डाउनलोड किया जाकर इसकी पुनः जांच की जानी है।
8. ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र प्रक्रिया के चरण :
सर्वप्रथम शाला दर्पण पोर्टल के 8th Board टैब को क्लिक करें। अब स्कूल लॉगिन के माध्यम से लॉगिन करें।
- अब Exam Activity टैब पर उपलब्ध आवेदन पत्र लिंक पर क्लिक करें।
- अब विद्यालय के कक्षा 5 एवं 8 के विद्यार्थियों के परीक्षा आवेदन पत्र भरें। कक्षा के सभी विद्यार्थियों के आवेदन एक-एक कर भरे जाने हैं।
- सभी आवेदन भरने के पश्चात Exam Activity टैब के आवेदन स्थिति लिंक पर जावें।
- यहां संबंधित कक्षा के सभी विद्यार्थियों के आवेदन की स्थिति जांचे
- सभी विद्यार्थियों के आवेदन होने के पश्चात ही फाइनल लॉक करें। अब आप कक्षावार आवेदन की समेकित सूची डाउनलोड व प्रिण्ट कर सुरक्षित रखें । साथ ही सभी आवेदन पत्रों (एप्लीकेशन नम्बर युक्त) को भी प्रिण्ट कर सुरक्षित रखें।
9. परीक्षा हेतु ऑनलाइन आवेदन किये जाने की अन्य जानकारी के लिए विभागीय वैबसाइट http://education.rajasthan.gov.in एवं शाला दर्पण / पीएसपी वैवपोर्टल का निरंतर अवलोकन करते रहें।
10. ऑनलाइन परीक्षा आवेदन किये जाने से सम्बन्धित किसी प्रकार की असुविधा / समस्या / दुविधा होने की स्थिति में अपने जिले की डाईट अथवा ब्लॉक के सीबीईओ कार्यालय से सम्पर्क करें।

1. Online applications for both the above-mentioned examinations are being started from 05.01.2023.
2. Heads of Government Schools/Government Sanskrit Schools/Deaf-Mute Schools/Blind Schools/Private Schools/Madrassas will fill out online examination applications of regular students of classes 5 and 8 of their schools through the Shala Darpan portal.
3. The last date for online application is 16.01.2023. Applications will not be accepted after this deadline.
4. In the online application process, the head of the institution will ensure that the desired information of all the students studying in classes 5 and 8 is 100 percent correct as per the school record on the respective portal. They will ensure the correctness of the said information.
5. All the information of each candidate will be displayed in the 'Online Application Form Module' on the related portal. The application is to be submitted/locked only if the details of the student match the school records. If any kind of amendment is required, first of all, the head of the institution will make the desired amendment in the related module on the Shala Darpan/PSP portal, and then edit the online process of application again.
6. Before uploading the photo and signature of the candidate, make sure that the size of both is 5 to 50KB. and they should be in JPG/JPEG format only. 7. After uploading the photograph and signature of the candidate, the application has to be downloaded and re-checked through the View tab.
8. Steps to Process Online Application Form :
- First, click on the 8th Board tab of the Shala Darpan portal. Now login through school login.
- Now click on the Application Form link available on the Exam Activity tab.
- Now fill out the examination application form for class 5 and 8 students of the school. The applications of all the students in the class have to be filled out one by one.
- After filling out all the applications, go to the Application Status link of the Exam Activity tab.
- Check the application status of all the students of the concerned class here
- Lock the final only after all the students have applied. Now download and print the consolidated list of class-wise applications and keep it safe. Also, print all the application forms (containing the application number) and keep them safe.
9. Keep visiting the departmental website http://education.rajasthan.gov.in and Shala Darpan/PSP web portal for other information about applying online for the examination.
10. In case of any inconvenience/problem/doubt related to the online application, contact the CBEO office of your district's DIET or block.
